How do I sign up?
Click the “Sign Up” button in the top right. Enter your name, email and password. Click the confirmation email. Your account is ready.
I forgot my password — what should I do?
Enter your email on the Forgot Password page. A reset link will be sent to your email.
How do I delete my account?
My Account > Account Settings > Delete Account. After your confirmation, the account is closed following a 30-day waiting period.
Booking Services
How do I find a vet?
Select “Book a Service” > “Vet” filter. Filter by location, your insurance and your need for 24/7 emergency care.
Can I contact a business directly?
The business profile has a “Get in Touch” message box. Your message will be sent to the business.
Pet Profile
I can’t add a pet
First, sign in with your user account. Then go to the Pet Owner panel > Add Pet button.
Can I add multiple pets?
Yes, there is no limit.
Shopping
How do returns work?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For details: Return Policy
Shipping time?
2-7 business days after order confirmation.
