Distance Sales Agreement
Distance Sales Agreement and Intermediary Notice
Effective: 25.07.2026
IMPORTANT — Current Status of the Platform
No online sales are currently made and no online payment is taken through Wuffi Pet. The platform is an intermediary that brings together pet owners and businesses providing services. The service fee is paid by the user directly to the business — off-platform (cash, card at the business, or bank transfer). The Company is not a party to this payment, does not collect funds and does not hold money.
Accordingly, within the meaning of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the Company does not hold the status of seller/provider; the provider of the service is the relevant business. This text also sets out the framework that would apply should direct sales be launched on the platform in the future, which would be announced separately at that time.

5. Disputes and Complaints
