Wuffi Pet User Agreement

1. Parties

This Agreement is concluded electronically between Wuffi Pet (the “Platform”) and the user who registers on the site (the “Member”).

2. Definitions

  • Platform: The digital pet services marketplace offered under the wuffi.pet domain
  • Member: A person who completes the registration form and accepts this Agreement
  • Pet Owner: Individual user (superpet_customer role)
  • Business: A corporate member providing services such as vet care, grooming, boarding, etc.
  • Service: All digital and physical offerings provided through the Platform

3. Membership Requirements

To register, you must:

  • Be over 18 years of age (or 13-17 with parental consent)
  • Have legal capacity
  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Open only one account (duplicate accounts are prohibited)
  • Reside in Turkey, the EU or the United States

4. Member Obligations

  1. Ensure the information provided is accurate, current and lawful
  2. Take responsibility for account security (sharing passwords is prohibited)
  3. Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
  4. Not harm other users, businesses or the Platform
  5. Refrain from spam, fake reviews and fraud
  6. Not upload content that infringes copyright or contains insults, harassment or discrimination
  7. Report any posts containing animal abuse
  8. Keep pet information up to date (death, change of owner, etc.)

5. Platform Rights and Responsibilities

  • The Platform may change content and services at any time
  • The Platform may suspend or delete accounts in case of breach
  • The Platform acts as an intermediary; the business is responsible for the quality of the service provided
  • The Platform performs minimum business verification (tax, registration) but does not provide a 100% guarantee
  • System outages are announced in advance, although unavoidable interruptions may occur without notice

6. Service Fees

Membership is free. Premium services and transaction fees are governed by separate agreements. Amounts are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, designs and software on the Platform belong to Wuffi Pet or its licensors. By uploading content to the Platform, the Member is deemed to have granted the Platform a license to use that content (for display, distribution and product development purposes).

8. Termination

The Member may delete their account at any time. The Platform may suspend or close an account in case of breach. After termination, all personal data except anonymous analytics is deleted within 6 months.

9. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this Agreement, the parties shall first seek resolution through negotiation. If the dispute continues:

  • Turkey residents: Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction
  • EU residents: Consumer courts in your place of residence
  • US residents: Delaware Courts (Wuffi Pet service provider jurisdiction)
  • Consumer rights: All members may file complaints with the consumer protection authority in their own country

10. Changes

When the Agreement is updated, notification will be sent by email or site notice. The current version takes effect on the date it enters into force; the member is deemed to have accepted the new terms by continuing to use the site.
