Cancellation, Refund and Exchange Policy

Wuffi Pet is a brand operated by Sfera Dijital Çözümler Bilişim Pazarlama İthalat ve İhracat Anonim Şirketi (Maslak Tax Office — Tax ID 7692165393).

1. Status of the Platform

No product sales and no online payments are made through the platform. Wuffi Pet is an intermediary that brings together pet owners and businesses providing services. For this reason no amount is collected by the platform and, consequently, there is no refund process carried out by the platform.

2. Appointment Cancellation

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment from the My Appointments screen in the app or on the website.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling rules are shown on the appointment screen. Rescheduling a confirmed appointment is subject to the other party’s approval.
  • Appointment requests not approved by the business within the defined period lapse automatically.

3. Refunds

As the service fee is paid directly to the business, off-platform, any refund is resolved between you and the business. The payment method accepted by the business and its refund conditions are communicated by the business before the service.

In the event of a dispute you may contact us through the Support Centre. Your complaint will be reviewed; a business found to be in breach of the rules is warned and, on repetition, suspended. As the Company is not a party to the service contract, it cannot issue a refund directly.

4. Consumer Rights

Your rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection are reserved. Depending on the applicable monetary thresholds, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts.

5. If Product Sales Begin in the Future

Should direct product sales be launched on the platform, the 14-day right of withdrawal and the refund conditions under the Distance Contracts Regulation will be announced separately and this page will be updated.
