Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for all physical products from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and undamaged
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All accessories must be complete
  • Invoice/shipping document must be included

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened pet food packages
  • Opened pet medication and parasite products
  • Used toys, beds and clothing
  • Custom-made products
  • Hygiene products (litter, pee pads, etc.)

4. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request: My Account > My Orders > Request Return
  2. Wait for approval: A response is provided within 24 hours
  3. Send by courier: To the address provided (shipping cost is borne by the buyer; by the seller if the product is faulty)
  4. Refund: After product inspection, refund is processed within 14 days using the same payment method

5. Faulty/Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged, incomplete or defective, notify us within 7 days. You are entitled to a free return and a free exchange.
