Cat Play Plan

Turkey's hot summers + cold winters make outdoor exercise a balance that needs constant adjusting. Play Plan recommends safe activity duration based on air temperature and humidity; on a July noon when asphalt reaches 60 degrees Celsius, even a 1-minute walk can burn paws.

How to Use?

1
Mevcut hava durumunu kontrol edin — sıcaklık + UV + nem.
2
Form alanlarını doldurun: pet bilgileri + iklim koşulları.
3
Önerilen egzersiz türü + süresi + yoğunluğunu uygulayın.
4
Egzersiz sonrası kediniz 30 dk içinde toparlanmalı — değilse fazla yapmışsınız.
5
Haftalık egzersiz programını oluşturun — pazartesi/çarşamba/cuma uzun, diğer günler kısa.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I tell if my cat is over-exercising?
Paw problems (bleeding, cracks), joint fatigue, weakness, loss of appetite = signs of over-exercise. Recovery within 30 minutes after exercise is normal; if still tired after 2 hours, too much was done.
What should I do in bad weather?
On rainy/snowy days, do indoor mental stimulation games (puzzle toys, scent games, scent work). On hot days, walk in the early morning / late evening hours. Below -5 degrees Celsius, use paw-protecting socks.
I cannot find a park or dog area, what should I do?
Leashed walks on the street + rich smells + different human/car stimuli can be as stimulating as a park. In the Wuffi tools section, 'Park Finder' lists nearby dog parks and cat-friendly green areas.
Should senior pets continue exercising?
Absolutely — stopping is the worst thing. Soft, short, frequent exercises are important for joint health. Swimming is ideal for older pets (no joint load, while heart and lungs work).
How do cats exercise, since cats cannot go outside?
For cats, indoor play (laser, toy mouse, string) is recommended 15-20 minutes per day in 2-3 sessions. Vertical spaces like catwalks and cat trees provide mental and physical stimulation.
