Matters for Which You Give Explicit Consent

By reading and approving this text, you give your explicit consent, OF YOUR OWN FREE WILL, to the processing of the following personal data pursuant to Article 5/2 of KVKK:

  • Pet health data: Vaccinations, illnesses, allergies, treatment history
  • Location data: GPS coordinates to show nearby businesses
  • Marketing communications: Campaigns/promotions via push notifications, email and SMS
  • Behavioral analysis: Anonymized usage statistics for service quality

Data for Which Explicit Consent Has Not Been Given

The following data is processed under Article 5/1 of KVKK (statutory obligation or performance of a contract); your explicit consent is not required:

  • Membership information (name, email, password)
  • Appointment/order records (performance of a contract)
  • Financial records (tax obligation)
  • Security logs (obligation under Law No. 5651)

Withdrawal of Explicit Consent

The date on which you approve this text, your IP address (hashed) and device information are recorded for audits by the KVKK Authority.
