Delete My Account
Fill in the form below to permanently delete your Wuffi Pet account and your data. You can also delete it from inside the app: Settings → Delete My Account.
30-day cancellation period:
Your account is placed in quarantine for 30 days; during this period you can cancel the request by signing in. At the end of the 30 days, your account and personal data are permanently deleted.
Deleted data:
Your account, profile, username, email, phone, address, photos and videos, posts, pet profiles, favorites and saved items are permanently deleted.
Stored in anonymized form: Personal information is removed from appointment, message and transaction records (your identity is erased); these records are kept anonymously only for legal obligations and for the other party's history. Because no online payments are collected, no financial data is stored.
